live blue Service Leaders

live blue™ Service Leaders are individuals who have a  demonstrated commitment to service, leadership, and protecting the blue planet. They are responsible for leading our crews of volunteers in the field, working with partner agencies to identify potential service projects, and creating a strong community of conservationists right here in Boston.

After you sign up for a project, the Service Leader will be your resource to learn more about the work you will be completing and the organization you will be working with. They will update you on what to bring to an event, what to expect, and will often be the first person you meet at a project. These Leaders are there to make sure everyone is not only getting involved, but also having fun...so don't be afraid to meet up and chat with them!

Are you interested in organizing and leading your own service projects for our volunteers? Throughout the year, we offer training opportunities to those who are interested in taking on this leadership role!

We are now accepting applications for Service Leaders starting in Spring 2018! See the description and application process here.
