Emerald Necklace Woodlands Volunteer Day
One of the jewels of Boston is the Emerald Necklace, a park system stretching from the heart of Boston to Brookline. Designed over 100 years ago, the park system features a number of gardens, ponds, and waterways that provide homes for wildlife and a connection to nature for over one million visitors every year. A clean park is therefore not just important for the plants and willdife that thrive around Boston, but also the people that visit! Join us as we work alongside the Emerald Necklace Conservancy in the restoration and clean-up of our many public parks.
